12th Edition of MUN

Here’s some good news:

A delegation of 11 boys participated in the twelfth edition of Aitchison College Model United Nations, Lahore, Pakistan. Ameya Gupta served as the head delegate for the delegation.

La Martiniere College, Lucknow won the Best Delegation Award. In addition, the College was awarded the best international delegation award for the second time!

The following boys participated and won awards:

1. Ameya Gupta and Vinayak Tandon representing the People’s Federation of Gaza in the United Nations Futuristic Security Council won the Best Diplomacy award.
2. Kushagra Khare representing the Federal Republic of Germany in the United Nations General Assembly: Special Political and Decolonization Committee won the Outstanding Delegate award.
3. Aaron Choudhury representing the Ministry of Railways in the Prime Minister’s Crisis Cabinet won the Honorable Mention award.
4. Raajveer Wadhwa representing the Ministry of Climate Change in the Crisis Cabinet of the Balkan Wars won the Honorable Mention award.
5. Devvrat Tilak representing Portugal in the United Nations General Assembly: Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee won the Honorable Mention award.
6. Sarthak Singh representing Portugal in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization won the Special Mention award.
7. Pragun Agarwal representing Portugal in the Disarmament and International Security committee won the Special Mention award.
8. Shreyansh Singhal representing Luxembourg in the United Nations General Assembly: Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee won the Special Mention award.
9. Avin Prakash representing Portugal in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime won the Special Mention award.
10. Vishesh Gupta represented Luxembourg in the United Nations General Assembly: Special Political and Decolonisation Committee.
