Pet show

The pet show was held on Wednesday the 01st of March at the Gazebo Lawn & Doutre Garden . The annual pet show featured cute pets belonging to our students from Canines to Felines and also the Indian Breed, everything looked eye catching.

The program was organised by the LEO committee under the coordination of Mr Vincent Clifford and Mrs Sheba Siddiqui, who  invited all the students to come and bring over their furry little friends. This event was sponsored by The Puppy Planet for our cuddly little friends and a total of eleven cats and twenty five dogs took part in the pet show.

The placid morning was disrupted by the hustle and bustle of cats and dogs from little kittens to puppies, from spotted cats to cuddly beagles. The students and the non participants did have a fun time playing and petting the pets in the midst of the show.

The Judges Dr Vikas Singh and Mr Cyrus Cowasji judged the dogs and cats after a ramp walk. One category each for the cats and dogs were awarded along with a special category: ‘INDIAN BREED DOG CATEGORY’. The awards were provided by the sponsor. The pets were judged according to various activities and after a very tough competition the judges were able to conclude with their decision. The best pet in the show in the ‘Dog Category’ was won by Franklin Tiger an English Cocker Spaniel belonging to Vishrut Narain and the best pet in the show in ‘Cats Category’ was won by Cappucino a Persian Cat belonging to Sulek Taneja.

While in the ‘Indian Breed Dog Category’ the charming dog named ‘Tiger’ won the award.

This event was made possible due to the efforts of the Leo committee along with Mr Vincent Clifford, Mrs Sheba Siddiqui and our Principal Mr Mcfarland. Everyone would surely be looking forward to next years’ event.
